A question I have about sungoddess

I am from Trinidad, my last name is Moniz and I know that I realted to the Rochard’s here in Trinidad. I know that I am of Portugese decent(among others). If you have any more information on this family lineage please feel free to contact me.

... all I know about my Rochard ancestors I’ve written in the post.

I know he was a Portuguese Jew from Madeira, and that he came to Trinidad in the late 19th century. He met and married my great-grandmother Giiddique, and had some children, including my grandfather Edward.

I don’t know if it’s all the same family, but it could be, which means you and I could be distant cousins.

I know my great-grandfather’s name was Samuel Rochard, but that’s about all I know…

I’m very interested to learn more of course.
